1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

We provide repair, installation, and maintenance services for LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier home appliances, including but not limited to:

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier Refrigerator repair & servicing

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier Washing Machine repair

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier LED / OLED / Smart TV repair

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier Microwave oven repair

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier Dishwasher servicing

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier AC servicing & gas refilling

  • LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier Installation & uninstallation of LG appliances

3. Independent Service Provider

We are an independent third-party service provider and are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by LG, Samsung, bosch, siemens, whirlpool & haier Electronics. All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Service Charges

Charges vary depending on the appliance, issue, parts required, and location. Key points:

  • Inspection/visiting charges may apply

  • A price estimate is provided before repair begins

  • Parts costs are additional to service charges

  • Payment is due immediately after service completion

  • Payments accepted: UPI, cash, and card

5. Warranty on Repairs

We offer a limited warranty on services performed:

  • 6 months warranty on replaced parts (where applicable)

  • 30 days warranty on service for the same issue

  • Warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or power surges

  • Warranty is void if any third-party repairs are done after our service

  • Original service invoice is required for warranty claims

6. Service Response Time

Our goal is to provide quick service, including same-day service, but actual response time may vary based on location, technician availability, traffic, or weather conditions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate details of the issue and appliance model

  • Ensure safe access to the appliance

  • Be present during service or send an authorized representative

  • Make prompt payment upon completion

  • Follow usage instructions provided by technicians

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance malfunction or service delays.

9. Cancellation Policy

Services may be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

10. Promotional Offers

Promotions (such as discounts) are subject to terms, may be limited-time, and can be withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India.
